Description
•Accurately enter and process customer orders into the company's sales system. • Verify order accuracy, including product specifications, quantities, and pricing. • Coordinate with the warehouse or logistics department to ensure timely order fulfillment. • Address sales team inquiries and resolve order-related issues. • Process customer returns, including submitting return requests and managing the return process. • Prepare and issue price quotations for customers based on product specifications and pricing guidelines. • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate submission of quotations. • Maintain organized filing systems and records. •Inspect and monitor promotional item activities, initiating necessary interventions, especially for cancellations or supplementary orders. •Process monthly SPOT orders to fulfill the extra demand. •Maintain regular follow-ups with the demand and distribution team to ensure the shipment of back orders. • Follow the orders to be delivered on time as per schedule. •Conduct daily/weekly tracking of sales, deliveries, and stock levels, ensuring the fulfillment of the service level. • Ensure that all items must be deli   Required Job Qualifications & Competencies * High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Fast and accurate data entry skills * Good knowledge of the English language
