Bailey’s Fine Jewelry is seeking a Sales Support & Service Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in our business’s success by delivering legendary customer service with excellence. As a member of our repair consultant team, you will ensure our patrons receive extraordinary service, offering thoughtful jewelry repair options and executing your responsibilities with the utmost care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by interacting directly with patrons and ensuring the best customer experience.
  • Evaluate jewelry pieces to suggest appropriate repair options.
  • Conduct watch repair evaluations and maintain a meticulous process for cleaning and checking jewelry.
  • Create basic repair estimates on the spot and facilitate the delivery of jewelry repairs for patron pickup.
  • Utilize our POS system effectively to intake repairs, process transactions, and document detailed notes on repair options.
  • Stay current with product categories and industry trends to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the support team throughout the repair process and maintain clear communication with customers.
  • Embrace technology to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Foster a warm and exciting atmosphere in all customer interactions while prioritizing their needs.
