Singapore Raffles Music College (SRMC) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support to join our Business Development Department. In this role, you will work closely with the International Sales Director to support the department’s operations and contribute to achieving its goals.
As part of a dynamic and collaborative team, you will play an integral role in ensuring smooth processes and effective communication in a fast-paced environment, as the college continues to grow and expand. If you are passionate about providing excellent sales support to the team, you are the right person for the role of Sales Support!

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, able to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.A team player with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the sales and marketing processes including managing of agencies and events
  • Facilitate the processing of agent / student application forms and improvement of internal processes
  • Work with external vendors and student recruitment agencies daily
  • Monitor market trends, gain insights on industry and competitors’ activities, to identify opportunities and key challenges
  • Process and manage Student’s Pass (STP) applications and related follow-ups with ICA.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of student orientation sessions.
  • Handle student feedback and ensure timely escalation or resolution where necessary.
  • Encourage and coordinate student participation in college activities such as masterclasses, external performances, and outings.
