What will you do?
As a Technical Sales & Support Specialist, you are the crucial link between customers, sales, and technical teams. You support clients with expert technical advice and tailor-made quotations for service needs within low- and medium-voltage electrical installations.
Your work is diverse: from a quick quote for spare parts worth a few hundred euros to a full-scale service project worth up to €1 million for a major energy provider. You ensure customers get the best possible solution while building strong, long-term relationships.
Your responsibilities at a glance:
✅ Advise customers on service solutions for low- and medium-voltage installations
✅ Prepare accurate quotations fully tailored to customer needs
✅ Negotiate with ABB factories and suppliers on pricing and delivery
✅ Collaborate closely with sales colleagues to offer optimal customer support
✅ Maintain precise administration so that no detail is overlooked
Your team
You’ll be part of a close-knit and driven team of technical specialists and sales professionals. Everyone brings their own expertise to the table – so you’ll learn something new every day. Our manager promotes autonomy, but you can always count on support from your teammates.
What do you bring?
MBO+/HBO-level education in a technical field (preferably electrical engineering)
Experience in a technical or commercial role (junior/medior level)
Strong analytical and communication skills
Good command of Dutch & English
A flexible, service-oriented, and independent working attitude
