Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Specialist to support our growing team of account executives. This position is essential in helping our account executives navigate the operational intricacies of their day-to-day processes, ensuring ultimate customer satisfaction and internal efficiency.  The sales support specialist will interface with both internal and external customers while performing a variety of ad-hoc and structured value-add processes in support of our overall sales strategy. Key Responsibilities: *  Collaboration and Communication * Point of contact between customers and sales team, facilitating communication regarding new bids, updated pricing and various other customer needs * Support internal operations teams by addressing customer communication needs as they arise * Foster strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs and providing timely updates * Insights and Reporting * Monitor bidding reports and process to ensure customer needs are met * Collaborate with internal operations teams to verify accurate purchase orders are being issued in timely manner * Create ad-hoc reports to provide insights and support both the customer and sales team * Document and vet scopes of work to ensure alignment with customer expectations * Maintain records of customer interactions to support better decision making * Networking and Relationship Management * Attend industry events and networking functions to represent the company * Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and other industry stakeholders Requirements: * Advanced Microsoft Office / Excel skills required. * Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy * Four-year college degree in business administration or equivalent work experience preferred * Homebuilding experience preferred We value and rely on the collective voices of our employees, customers, and community to help us build a better company - and world - for everyone.
