Responsibilities & Duties Provide daily support to Sales Representatives, ensuring timely and accurate handling of orders, quotes, and customer requests Manage all aspects of order processing, including order entry, uploads, tracking deliveries, and resolving discrepancies Communicate regularly with Sales Representatives to provide updates on order status, issues, and resolutions Serve as a point of contact for assigned customer accounts, assisting with order navigation and providing high-quality customer service Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, including handling high call volumes during peak seasons Investigate and resolve order-related issues, including tracking shipments, coordinating with freight, and ensuring timely follow-up Prepare reports, status updates, and assist with data tracking to support sales activities Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, Sales Representatives, and internal teams Collaborate with team members on special projects and cross-train to support other customer relations functions as needed Identify opportunities to support sales growth through upselling or cross-selling when appropriate Requirements Requirements Associate degree in business, marketing, sales, horticulture, or a related field preferred 2–3 years of experience in customer service, marketing, inside sales, or a related role required Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with SAP or similar systems preferred Ability to work in a high-volume, team-oriented environment, especially during peak seasons Bilingual (Spanish or French) is a plus Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to take initiative Pay Range: $23-$25/hour Physical Requirements Ability to lift/carry up to 10 pounds 10% of the day Ability to push/pull up to 5 pounds 10% of the day Ability to sit/stand up to 100% of the day Ability to use hands/fingers up to 100% of the day Why Join Us Opportunity to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Exposure to a dynamic and growing horticultural business Opportunities for cross-training, skill development, and career growth Ability to make a direct impact on customer experience and business success Our Promise to You We create excitement in the world of flowers and are the first choice for service.
