Benefits: Compensation starts at $40,000/yr plus bonus opportunities PTO and paid holidays Health and retirement benefits 401k with employer matching Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Open door policy with the owner What You’ll Do: Help our Designer/Sales team sell Provide the first experience our customers have with Closets by Design Schedule Designer appointments by responding to appointment requests via phone and text, meeting or exceeding appointment goals Provide administrative support to Designer/sales team Follow up with customers to reschedule missed appointments and survey their experience with Designer No cold-calling!
