This Position reports to:
Complex Proposals Leader - Eastern Regio

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience
  • Experience in formulating medium to complex proposals
  • Strong knowledge of low voltage distribution systems
  • Knowledge of Salesforce & relevant CRM Platforms (an asset)
  • Strong ability to interpret technical specifications and single line diagrams
  • Demonstrate a high level of initiative, and ability to manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously with a collaborative, solution-focused and detail-oriented approach
  • Communication & Language Skills: Fluency in both English and French, both written and spoken. French is required. English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare Competitive Proposals: Develop bids, estimates, and quotations by selecting optimal products, technical solutions, and commercial terms tailored to each opportunity.
  • Ensure Accurate and Timely Submissions: Document and submit tenders with complete cost details and meet critical project deadlines.
  • Manage Documentation and Reporting: Archive project documents, track assumptions and decisions, and regularly report the status of bids and proposals.
  • Coordinate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth proposal development and project execution.
  • Customer and CRM Engagement: Respond to RFI/RFQ requests, maintain strong customer relationships, and manage project opportunities in Salesforce.
