KEY QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES:

· University OR College education with 2+ years Sales, Marketing, Administration, Operations or Finance
· Strong Sales Aptitude and Customer Service mindset
· Project Management experience
· Excellent communicator, articulate, strong writing and analytical skills
· Team experience in multi-level customer service and sales
· Strong PC skills
· Self-motivated, with a drive to win and succeed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

· Champion and support Key Accounts and Sales and Marketing team members with key account development, new product launches, private label and branded go-to-market and Retail / Grocery and Food Service sales support
· Be the key bridge between Operations, Sales, and Customers – being first point of contact for inquiries, order changes, trade and promotion and sales administration.
· Manage internal customer related projects in collaboration with sales team
· Key Cardinal contact for customer inquiries
· Manage pricing contract renewals and internal pricing support
· Lead new product launches from beginning to implementation
· Forecasting support
· Promotion support
· Collect, assemble, analyze, and summarize sales data to support sales related activities
· Proactively research and support sales through direct engagement with customers
· Utilize sales funnel to support and source new sales opportunities
· Support sales team with customer inquiries on technical information, pricing, product details, etc.
· Demonstrated Servant Leadership
· Follow company policies and procedures
· Coverage for planned and unplanned absences which could compromise our policies, procedures and programs
· Continuous improvement in company policies and procedures
