The Role We are looking for a versatile and motivated Sales Support Specialist – Export & Direct-to-Retail to strengthen our international Sales Support team. In this role, you’ll help manage and streamline our export operations, working closely with customers, our Sales teams, and our Hong Kong office. What You’ll Do Serve as a daily point of contact for customers, handling order processing, invoicing, and follow-up. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports. Track customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accurate and timely shipment. Coordinate key export documentation (customs, product sheets, quotes, etc.) with our Hong Kong office. Maintain organized documentation files (invoices, delivery notes, shipping receipts) and ensure customers receive all required documents. Monitor customer payments together with our Hong Kong finance team. Update forecasting tools based on Sales team input. Provide general support to the General Manager ROW and the Export Sales Manager EMEAA. What You Bring Must-haves Fluency in English. Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel. Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Support, Export Support, Logistics, or a similar role. Comfortable working across cultures and time zones.
