Description Healthy Pet has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Specialist. The Sales Support Specialist works closely with all departments facilitating outstanding service and is a hub of activity. This position plays a pivotal role between customers, consumers, our sales team and supply chain organizations. *This is not a remote position* Key Responsibilities: Entry of inbound orders. Identification and resolution of order issues such as pricing, pallet and truck builds, out of stocks and lead times. Entry of sample forms from sales and marketing teams. Communication of sample details to sales and marketing. Identification, coding and reconciliation of deduction paperwork. Identification and coding of compliance related deductions including review and communication with team. Respond to assigned inbound electronic and physical mail contacts as appropriate and update tracking system. Live, real-time response to inbound phone contacts. Escalation of consumer contacts to supervisor and others as appropriate. Organizes and maintains files and records. Performs general administrative support and other duties as assigned.
