Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST INTERNATIONAL TRADE

As a Sales Support Specialist International Trade, you ensure smooth order processing from entry to delivery. You act as a crucial link between the international sales team, warehouse, and customers across Europe, maintaining accurate order records, coordinating shipments, and keeping all parties informed. Your detail-oriented and customer-focused approach ensures efficient operations and satisfied clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide daily operational support to international sales teams
  • Create and maintain product information in the ERP system
  • Enter, manage, and follow up on sales orders accurately and on time
  • Monitor product availability and order statuses to meet deadlines
  • Coordinate with the warehouse on packing and shipping procedures
  • Share shipping documentation with customers and internal supply chain teams
  • Prepare and distribute weekly order status reports to customers
  • Register and process customer complaints in ERP
  • Liaise with departments such as warehouse, purchasing, and supply chain
  • Coordinate and follow up on outstanding invoices with finance
