Description

The Sales support Specialist’s goal is to increase sales volume and gain new customers and partners. Furthermore he or she is supporting touristic distribution partners in specific regions via phone and striving for new fields of distribution.

  • Educational degree in tourism or commercial\/business;
  • Experiences in a travel agency, in tourism in general or in customer service is a plus;
  • Excellent oral and written German (C-level) and English;
  • Command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • Excellent interpersonal and pronounced communication skills;
  • Team orientated way of working;• Self-sufficient way of working, flexibility, strong organizational skills.
  • Supports key accounts and travel agencies regarding topic-related inquiries;
  • Develops measures to support and increase sales (together with partners in the pricing department);
  • Tickets and administrates with the company’s JIRA and BEE system;
  • Correspondences via e-mail, chat and phone with the headquarters in Geneva and the office in Naples;
  • Collaborates closely with the marketing department regarding the layout of newsletters, of the website as well as the catalogue;
  • Supports the reservation-team in Salzburg regarding professional inquiries;
  • Supports sales force in the field regarding sales matters as well as sales fairs and FAM trips.
