About the Role At Orro, we’re on the lookout for a proactive and highly organised Sales Support Specialist to support our dynamic sales team. If you’ve got a keen eye for detail, a knack for administration, and the drive to grow in a fast-paced tech environment, this could be the perfect role. You’ll play a key part in keeping deals moving and operations running smoothly, supporting everything from quotes and proposals to CRM management and procurement coordination. While this isn’t a technical role, it offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to one of Australia’s leading Managed Services Providers. Sales & Administrative Support Draft and format sales proposals using Microsoft Word templates Assist the pre-sales team with compiling and finalising customer quotes Source technical and pricing information online (including AI tools) to support proposal creation Obtain and incorporate third-party contractor quotes into sales proposals Manage quote requests and renewals for subscriptions and support agreements Sales Operations & CRM Enter and maintain customer and sales data in our CRM platform Ensure sales documentation (quotes, POs, invoices) is accurate and complete Act as liaison between the sales, procurement, and finance teams to resolve discrepancies Internal Coordination Support the procurement team with tasks like supplier system access and contact info validation Collaborate with project managers and finance to gather accurate billing inputs (service details, dates, phone numbers, etc.) Participate actively in team meetings and social events, being part of the team matters at Orro About You A proactive mindset, with strong initiative, common sense and a genuine customer obsession. You consistently go above and beyond to deliver outstanding outcomes and build trusted relationships. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time across multiple priorities A high level of attention to detail.
