Position Overview The Sales Support Specialist plays a key role in driving sales team success through Salesforce management, data accuracy, and operational support. This position will ensure our sales organization has the tools, insights, and structure needed to effectively manage territories, accounts, and opportunities. We are looking for a Salesforce-certified professional who enjoys problem-solving, process improvement, and helping teams perform at their best. Requirements Key Responsibilities • Manage and maintain Salesforce data integrity across accounts, contacts, leads, and opportunities. • Create and refine Salesforce reports, dashboards, and automated workflows to support sales leadership and field representatives. • Support territory planning, account ownership, and route assignments in collaboration with Sales Operations. • Assist with onboarding and training new sales team members on Salesforce best practices and processes. • Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, Finance) to ensure data consistency and accurate reporting. • Troubleshoot Salesforce issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions to improve usability and efficiency. • Provide weekly and monthly sales performance reports and insights to sales leadership. • Recommend and implement process improvements that streamline sales operations and enhance productivity. • Support key tools and integrations related to sales performance, such as Geopointe, WordPress, and JotForms. Qualifications Required: • Salesforce Certification (Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or higher). • 2+ years of experience in a sales support, sales operations, or CRM administration role. • Strong knowledge of Salesforce workflows, reports, dashboards, and user management. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data management and reporting. • Clear communication skills with the ability to train and support sales users. Preferred: • Experience with territory management tools such as Geopointe, Ascent Cloud, or Territories. • Background in B2B or route-based field sales operations. • Familiarity with ERP or marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot, NetSuite).
