Description GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a highly organized Sales Support Specialist to support the administrative and operational needs of our sales team. This is an internal-facing role where your primary focus is enabling sales representatives by organizing supplier quotes, maintaining CRM accuracy, coordinating samples and artwork, and supporting the transition of new accounts to Customer Service. This is not a commission-based or direct sales role. Instead, it’s a sales administration position that offers exposure to the full sales cycle while playing a key part in keeping our sales team focused on what they do best - selling. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES Request and compile quotes from approved suppliers Maintain accurate opportunities and customer records in CRM Coordinate samples, artwork approvals, and timelines Organize sales collateral, templates, and internal resources Assist with reporting, pipeline tracking, and data organization Support onboarding and transition of new customers to Customer Service Manage incoming support requests from the sales team SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to document best practices within Sales Department. Perform other duties as assigned Requirements QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB Education: High school diploma or equivalent (NOTE: A comparable combination of education/experience and/or training will be considered equivalent to the education listed.) Experience: 1 - 2 years’ experience in sales or customer service Experience using CRM systems and sales tools KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND COMPETENCIES Strong organization and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Promotional products or uniform industry knowledge is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage several projects at once Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support shared goals Monday – Friday | 8am – 5pm | $22 - $25 per hour | on-site in Binghamton, NY TeamWorld offers a generous benefits package with comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, retirement plan with employer match, ample paid time off, and life and long-term disability insurance.
