Overview Sales Support Specialist – Istanbul, Turkey Customer service, logistics, and admin — all in one role. Morgan Advanced Materials makes high-performance carbon products used in industries where strength, precision and reliability matter. This role supports our European operations from Istanbul, helping keep things running smoothly between customers, suppliers and internal teams. You’ll be handling customer service, logistics coordination and office admin. It’s a varied role with real responsibility — ideal if you like keeping things organised and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. Responsibilities Prepares all necessary trade / foreign trade documents related to import and export and logistics Prepares quotations, invoices and other documents required of order processing according to established policies and procedures. Serves as a point of contact between customers and other departments internally and externally in day to day operations of the company. Works closely with customers and ensure that other departments are fully aware of customers quality, delivery and technical requirements. Keeps records of customer interactions, proceeds customer accounts. Provides accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Fluency in English Min 3 years experience in industrial product customer service/logistics/export-import/sales An effective communicator with good command of MS Office and ERP Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
