POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Sales Support Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing sales team efficiency and customer satisfaction by providing administrative, operational, and analytical support. This role ensures a seamless sales process through order management, data analysis, sales reporting, and customer support. The specialist also assists in sales presentations, logistics coordination, and CRM management, ensuring the team operates effectively and meets business objectives.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.

KEY SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM software) and sales automation tools.
  • Knowledge of Power BI is a must for sales reporting and analytics.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data management and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) for effective internal and external interactions.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Problem-solving mindset, capable of quickly addressing sales process challenges.
  • Team player, with the ability to work collaboratively and support sales targets and objectives.
  • Adaptability, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
