Sales Support Supervisor

POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales Support Supervisor is a player/coach role responsible for both team leadership and direct individual contributor work. This position plays a critical role in supporting Orange EV’s sales ecosystem by managing a team of 5 Sales Support Associates while maintaining hands-on responsibilities in customer support and sales process management.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Two to five years of Accounts Payable experience
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping practices and procedures
  • Strong time management ability
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Knowledge of office practices and clerical/accounting procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Comfortable with creating and using Excel formulas
  • Ability to learn accounting software to perform job duties

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards
  • Work in a stationary position up to 75% of the time

Responsibilities

Individual Contributor Responsibilities (50%)

  • Serve as a key point of contact for customers and sales managers
  • Contact potential and current customers via phone/email/chat
  • Qualify customer needs and maintain customer database
  • Maintain a knowledge base of product and industry developments
  • Handle administrative duties for the sales team, including:
  • Scheduling client meetings
  • Creating presentations
  • Report on key metrics and data
  • Process quotes and build presentation decks
  • Coordinate truck demo, production, deployment, and service phases
  • Manage transportation and invoicing for demo trucks
  • Ensure data integrity across sales system
