JOB OVERVIEW

We are a well-established construction company looking for a motivated and reliable Sales Surveyor to join our growing team. This is a field-based role where you will meet with prospective clients at their properties to assess their needs and complete detailed survey sheets to enable accurate quotations. All leads are passive and pre-qualified — no cold calling is required.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have your own reliable vehicle and a valid driving licence
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, well-organised, and able to manage your daily schedule efficiently

Responsibilities

Attend 3–5 pre-booked appointments each day with prospective residential or commercial clients
Conduct site visits, listen carefully to client requirements, and provide professional advice where needed
Complete detailed and accurate survey sheets for each visit, outlining the client’s requirements for our estimating team
Maintain a high standard of customer service and represent the company positively at all times
Communicate effectively with office staff to ensure smooth follow-up and quoting process
