MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Sciences.
  • 5-6 years of applicable experience, preferably in a digital advertising or e-Commerce organization.
  • Salesforce Admin 201 Certification or equivalent.

PROVEN EXPERIENCE LEADING COMPLIANT, ENTERPRISE-SCALE FINANCE TRANSFORMATION AND SALESFORCE ORDER-TO-CASH IMPLEMENTATIONS.

  • Aptitude with sales, marketing and finance automation tools.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience with SOX compliance initiatives at large public companies.
    Instacart provides highly market-competitive compensation and benefits in each location where our employees work. This role is remote and the base pay range for a successful candidate is dependent on their permanent work location. Please review our Flex First remote work policy here. Responsibilities

As a Sales Systems & Tools Manager II, you will act as a liaison between the technical and non-technical departments. You will partner cross-functionally with IT, Finance, Product to design, implement, and maintain best-in-class technology solutions for Instacart’s Ads and Retail businesses. You will drive long-term Sales and Finance transformation projects, SOX compliance initiatives, as well as day-to-day operations of the tools platform. You will also help influence the strategy and roadmap to scale Instacart’s tools ecosystem to meet the growing needs of the business.
