Clearwave Fiber is seeking a remote, self-motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist with expertise in recruiting high-performing sales professionals, specifically for door-to-door sales in the telecom industry. This role is essential in ensuring a steady pipeline of top-tier talent by working closely with hiring managers to support high-volume recruitment needs. Requirements:

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on sales recruitment, preferably with a staffing agency.
  • Proven experience in high-volume sales recruitment, ideally within door-to-door or telecom sales.
  • In-depth understanding of recruitment processes, sales roles, and candidate selection methods.
  • High-energy, self-driven, and able to thrive in a remote work environment with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to travel to locations for job fairs and direct recruiting (20%).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel, for managing communications and tracking recruitment metrics.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various candidate sourcing tools.
  • Strong business acumen, with insight into recruitment market trends and best practices.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality in all recruiting activities
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct targeted research and sourcing for high-priority and challenging-to-fill sales roles within telecom.
  • Partner with hiring managers to create streamlined hiring processes within Clearwave Fiber’s recruitment framework.
  • Develop customized hiring plans for each role, including mapping criteria, creating position descriptions, and documenting specifications.
  • Review resumes, conduct pre-screening interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Ability to lead panel interviews as needed.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and requisition activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Build and maintain a network of top talent through ongoing research, networking, and headhunting for difficult-to-fill roles.
  • Present qualified, culturally aligned candidates to hiring managers with comprehensive profile summaries.
  • Facilitate the negotiation process through hiring and support new hires’ transition and onboarding.
  • Stay informed on recruitment market trends, best practices, and competitor insights.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with prospective candidates and People Operations team members to ensure a seamless hiring process.
