Description Overview This is a critical, high-visibility role for our top-performing Certified Roofing Specialists (CRS) who are ready to take a hands-on role in our national expansion. Sales Team 6 will be an elite team of closers whose core mission is to leverage your proven technical and sales expertise to drive existing branches to new heights to rapidly launch new Best Choice Roofing branches across the country. This role represents an unprecedented earning opportunity while contributing to the next phase of the Company’s growth. Some locations may be a day’s drive away, while others may require overnight air travel. BCR pays all necessary accommodations and a per diem for travel expenses. Requirements Key Responsibilities The Sales Team 6 Certified Roofing Specialist will be responsible for completing sales in advance of new branch opening, including effectively closing warm leads as well as generating and closing new lead flow through door knocking, events, and other grassroots marketing techniques. You will serve as a trusted advisor to homeowners, ensuring a seamless and positive experience as we build our brand and reputation in new geographies. Responsibilities include: Generating sales leads through neighborhood canvassing and door knocking Rapidly responding to warm sales leads to close contracts for our services Attending home shows and consumer events to drive interest in Best Choice Roofing’s services Traveling to areas recently hit by storm damage to identify signs of roof and property damage Climbing onto roofs to conduct damage assessments and presenting findings to homeowners Educating homeowners on the restoration process and serving as a technical advisor to effectively resolve client concerns Providing estimates and funding options and collecting payments as required. Working with insurance companies and meeting with adjusters to facilitate the best outcomes possible for homeowners. Obtaining agreements and contracts from homeowners for roof restoration services. Attending weekly sales meetings and actively participating in team communication and training, including aiding in the coaching and development of new local sales reps Reaching sales objective thresholds to enable the successful launch of new branches Qualifications Past experience as a Certified Roofing Specialist at Best Choice Roofing with a proven track record of success in selling and closing leads Must possess a valid drivers license with access to reliable vehicle transportation Available for overnight travel up to 100% of the time (excluding paid time off), including road or air travel and extended days away from home Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required for success Capable of utilizing technology (computer and smartphone apps) and gathering and analyzing information Ability to climb a ladder and scale roofs for inspection Ability to work outdoors, including walking and occasionally carrying up to 50 lbs Benefits: 401(k) Health, dental, vision, STD/LTD, life, and accident insurance are available to purchase Paid classroom training Monthly and quarterly contests (Bonuses and all-expense paid vacations).
