Assist Sales Consultants in closing sales by providing guidance, support, ands strategic advice to ensure successful customer transactions. Monitor and drive sales performance, including margins, volume, quotas, and closing ratios. Develop and implement short- and long-term goals for the showroom’s success. Address and resolve customer-related issues escalated beyond the Customer Service Lead. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser Manager to ensure optimal product placement and presentation. Communicate changes in company policies and relevant information to the staff. Provide exceptional leadership and guidance to the sales, guest experience, and visual teams. Coach staff members to foster individual growth and team success in a professional manner. Manage administrative costs within budget, including wages and supplies. Conduct performance audits and provide additional support or training when needed. Ensure thorough documentation of completed procedures and tasks. Complete various reports accurately and in a timely manner. Recruit, train, and coach the sales team to meet and exceed performance expectations. Prepare and administer performance evaluations for assigned team members. Foster effective and timely communication across the team and with upper management.
