Job Description As part of our continued expansion, we are excited to announce the opening of a new satellite office outside of Prague. The Sales Team Lead will play a key role in establishing and managing this new office. You will be responsible not only for leading the local sales team, but also for overseeing the daily operations of the satellite branch, ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives. Your leadership will be vital for building a strong local presence and fostering close collaboration with our central office in Prague. Complex team management, including: Planning, organizing and controlling the work of the subordinate team Providing ongoing feedback, motivating, training and substantive team support Responsibility for the team's result and its ongoing control, reporting and taking possible corrective actions Responsibility for the daily work of the team in order to achieve individual and team sales goals Onboarding of new employees Ensure accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports on team performance and action plans Qualifications Experience in a position related to the management of a telephone sales team Knowledge of the automotive industry, with particular emphasis on the used car market, would be an advantage Fluency in the Czech language is mandatory Knowledge of English (welcome to business English) at the minimum level B2 Strong concentration on achieving goals and supporting others Highly developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to build clear communication with subordinates and superiors Extensive theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of sales and negotiation techniques Highly developed analytical skills Resistance to stress and the ability to work under time pressure Ability to manage your own time and subordinate team The ability to adapt to changing conditions, flexibility in action and thinking Good knowledge of the MS Office/Google Workspace package, including spreadsheets Additional Information The position allows for a significant impact on the team's performance and the implementation of operational strategies, contributing directly to achieving company goals.
