Description

Do you already have several years of experience in international sales and account management, and are you ready to take the next step in your career? Are you someone who can support our account managers in their daily activities and coach them towards improved performance? If you enjoy working in an international, informal, and collaborative team, then this could be the right opportunity for you. Our company is an established supplier of scientific research tools, actively supporting researchers and institutions across the world.

YOUR CHALLENGE

Our close-knit and enthusiastic sales team operates across a variety of fields, serving top universities and leading companies around the world. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Team Lead who can guide, support, and inspire our account managers while also playing an active role in international sales. In this role, you will not only manage and coach a team of account managers, but also contribute directly to the sales process. You will help shape strategy, identify new market opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Our solutions are used in behavioral research, and you will work closely with academic and industrial clients to understand their needs and offer tailored, high-value solutions.
You will regularly travel to visit customers, attend conferences and support your team in product demonstrations and training sessions across various countries. From first contact to closing a deal, you’ll ensure both the team and customers receive the guidance and expertise they need.
