Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with team leads to ensure alignment between project goals and client expectations

  • Assist in onboarding new team members and reinforcing training protocols
  • Track team progress and share performance updates with leadership for continued development
  • Propose and implement process improvements to strengthen service consistency
  • Support internal communication across departments to help resolve challenges and maintain high standards
  • Educate potential new customers on the benefits of Rogers products and services and how we can improve and enhance their communication
