JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Lead to join our team. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, driving performance, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires a strategic leader with strong communication skills and a proven track record in sales.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with National sales manager to align sales efforts with company goals.
