The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for but not limited to managing, coaching and motivating Jr Loan Officers. This position requires leadership experience, strong sales skills, detailed oriented, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 years of experience in mortgage industry as a Loan Officer
• 2 years of experience in a leadership role in mortgage sale’s
• Must have strong judgment and decision-making skills
• Confident in all phases of the mortgage loan origination process with a firm grasp on products and regulations
• Current NMLS or state license preferred
• Understands the full life cycle of a loan.

EDUCATION

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to teach the Jr Loan Officers sales strategies ,product knowledge, guidelines, negotiation skills, and how to structure loans.
• The Sales Team Lead directs and manages the sales activities of the department ensuring that efficient customer service is provided, and quality loans are generated
• The Sales Team Lead is responsible for managing, coaching, and motivating Jr Loan Officers to meet sales production goals, to assure compliance, policies and regulations.
