About the Role
Reporting to the Business Development Director, the Sales Team Leader will lead a team of Business Development Managers from the LNLP Dubai office with territories across the Middle East

Responsibilities

  • Recruiting, hiring, and training sales team to create a high-performing sales team
  • Setting sales goals, comparing performance to goals, and adjusting goals as needed
  • Assessing current team processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing them
  • Carrying a New Business Personal and team target
  • Providing detailed and accurate sales forecasts through CRM (Salesforce)
  • Driving new business acquisition and market penetration for the International Sales department
  • Collaborating with Marketing, Customer Success and Account Management teams to generate new sales opportunities

Requirements

  • Have well-developed computer skills including Word, Excel and CRM System
  • Be an authoritative communicator and negotiator with staff at all levels
  • Display a high level of presentation skills
  • Demonstrate proven performance against sales targets
  • Have high volume subscription sales experience
  • Have a bachelor’s degree
  • Have excellent experience in Direct Sales management
