In this role, you’ll lead and empower a high-performing sales team—driving pipeline growth, executing strategic sales initiatives, and collaborating across all areas of our business. You’ll also manage a select portfolio of 2–3 key accounts, keeping you close to the action.

Lead and develop the sales team, driving both individual growth and collective success.
Oversee pipeline management and sales performance, ensuring alignment with targets and business objectives.
Support daily collaboration with Business Areas, aligning sales activities with strategic priorities.
Partner with marketing to strengthen lead generation and execute effective ABM initiatives.
Cultivate a positive team culture that promotes engagement, motivation, and employee satisfaction.
