MISSION
Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid, 2 days per week on-site).
We’re looking for a Sales BDR/SMB Team Lead to take charge of our North American outbound sales efforts. In this role, you’ll lead and develop a growing team of seven ambitious Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and SMB sellers who fuel our pipeline and power our growth. Your team is the first spark in the sales engine prospecting, cold calling, and opening doors that set our Account Executives up for big wins.
As Team Lead, you’ll inspire, coach, and empower your team to consistently hit (and exceed) goals, drive best practices in outreach and prospecting, and play a key role in shaping the future of our sales organization. This is a high-impact leadership role where your ability to motivate and scale a top-performing team directly accelerates our growth in North America.
