Are you an experienced Sales Team Leader with a strong background in aesthetic or medical clinics? We're looking for a results-driven Sales Team Leader to manage our sales team, maximize lead conversion, and ensure the clinic consistently achieves its revenue targets. ? Location: Nasr City Key Responsibilities: ✔️Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly targets. ✔️Monitor daily team performance and provide regular feedback and support. ✔️Develop sales strategies to maximize clinic bookings and revenue. ✔️Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process. ✔️Ensure effective follow-up on leads from calls, WhatsApp, and social media channels. ✔️Follow up on leads and ensure high conversion rates. Requirements Requirements: ✔️Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. ✔️2–3 years of experience in Sales, with at least 1 year in a Team Leader or Supervisor role. ✔️Previous experience in medical, aesthetic, or healthcare clinics is highly preferred. ✔️Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills. ✔️Proven ability to achieve sales targets and improve team performance. ✔️Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
