Responsibilities: Motivate and manage the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. Successfully generate new business from prospects and expand existing customer accounts. Build rapport and establish long-term, strategic relationships with key stakeholders. Manage the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects and creating opportunities to handling complex negotiations and closing deals. Ensure seamless execution of client requests and coordinate with internal departments to resolve service inquiries effectively. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in any related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Sales. Experience in Team Management is essential. Strong passion for Sales, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn. Good communication and presentation skills, with a solid understanding of Software. Proficient in computer skills especially MS Office. Must possess a valid driving license and own a car. Good command of English and Thai.
