JOB SUMMARY

The Real Estate Sales Team Leader will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of real estate sales agents to achieve and exceed sales targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, market knowledge, and the ability to drive both individual and team performance while maintaining excellent client relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Leader or Senior Sales Agent.
  • Valid real estate license (as per local regulations).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of the local real estate market.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
