We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic real estate company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales and team management, along with in-depth knowledge of CRM systems, particularly Bitrix24. This role requires a results-driven professional who can lead by example, mentor agents, and drive overall team performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the real estate industry, with at least 1-2 years in a team leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Bitrix24 CRM – must be able to utilize, train, and troubleshoot within the platform.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in Dubai’s real estate market is a plus.
  • Familiarity with off-plan, secondary, and rental markets.
  • Multilingual skills are an advantage.
    Salary will be based on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Monitor daily performance and provide guidance, training, and support to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Manage and optimize the Bitrix24 CRM platform for lead generation, pipeline management, follow-ups, and reporting.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry, lead tracking, and communication within the CRM.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, team meetings, and performance reviews.
  • Work closely with management to implement sales strategies and growth plans.
  • Analyze sales reports and CRM data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of new agents, ensuring they are well-versed in company systems and sales processes.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture focused on results and professional development.
