Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Workplace Type: Onsite About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader - Food Chain to join our client's dynamic team. Key Responsibilities Manage strategic merchants to achieve revenue (GMV) goals and support the company’s growth strategy. Proactively approach new customers in the Food Chain/Hotel/School industry to expand the partner network. Maintain current customer data and expand monthly revenue. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Closely monitor the performance and business activities of assigned clients, providing regular reports and analysis. Receive and resolve negative feedback and issues to ensure customers receive the products with the highest satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for strategic merchants. Develop and implement strategies to improve merchant performance and increase customer retention. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth. Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of experience sales B2B, especially with large food chains, F&B, or hospitality groups will be a big plus. Good English proficiency is required. Self-motivated and driven by targets, with a strong desire to deliver results. Basic skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues. Background in a Japanese company is a plus. Experience in the Food & Beverages (FMCG) industry is highly desirable. Additional Information This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing company in the dynamic F&B industry.
