JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Team Leader to manage branch operations and lead a high-performing sales team as a Business to Business Scale. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue for the company. This role is critical in driving revenue generation, expanding the customer base, and ensuring the achievement of sales and targets. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership abilities with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to sales execution.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Reassuring and serene personality
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing sales team, telecallers, or similar.
  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Aggressive and target-driven with the ability to achieve daily call and conversion targets.
  • Experience with ZOHO CRM is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Working hours: Monday – Saturday, 11am to 8pm.
Responsibilities
  • Come with your own network of businesses and investors
  • Calling, Consulting and closing new B2B Agents
  • Consistently generating monthly revenue without compromises
  • Drive revenue generation by developing and executing strategic sales plans, meeting and exceeding branch sales and profitability targets.
  • Efficiently handle both B2B and B2C sales team for achieving the relevant sales targets
  • Identify and close targets and business opportunities, manage a strong client pipeline, and maximize revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Build a strong client/business relationship to ensure retentions, referrals and long term revenue stability
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management aligned with revenue goals.
  • Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring operational efficiency, budget control, compliance, and cost optimization.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention, referrals, and long-term revenue stability.
  • Prepare sales reporting and forecasting, using CRM and analytics tools to track revenue performance, sales metrics, and conversion trends.
  • Provide regular performance and revenue reports to senior management, with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • To work closely and efficiently with the Marketing team to ensure the expected results are yielded through the campaigns.
  • Work on marketing plan, strategies and target locations with the marketing team.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity and represent the branch at relevant industry and networking events.
  • ⁠Assist in identifying new business opportunities by networking and conducting market analysis
  • Coordinate follow-up communications and meetings with new and existing clients, agents, service providers, and other business partners
  • Liaise between departments to ensure alignment on business development goals
  • Conduct meetings and engage in communication with potential tie ups.
  • Identifying new areas and opportunities for the business.
  • Report to the Management on adhoc basis.
