KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Promote and sell the products/ services and looking for potential customers in order to closed sales. Onsite sales, find new prospective, Dealers to achieved target Advise customers on getting service upgrade or how to use the best service bought Assist during promotion activities: manning road shows and exhibition show Work with flexible to solve the problem quickly Do prospective and update to Sales Manager as daily, weekly, Monthly Warm welcome customer walk-in & Call-in for both Phnom Penh & Province Friendly, Honestly, Strong Communication, Product knowledge Monthly sales by product and model Maintain sales by revenue Find new prospect customers Handling with any other tasks directed by Marketing Manager Understanding and sharing industrial market and competitors information, have to update immediately in any information that related with the industrial market and sharing to sales team, management, and people who related Cost saving (related to business operations). Document Process: Have to complete all document process required The Outdoor sales consultant some time also need go to province for event display, customer appointment to test drive or convincing customers to closing the deal in purposed Other tasks assigned by direct manager REQUIREMENT Bachelor Degree in Sales/ Marketing or related field 3 Year experiences sales in the same field or any industrial Strong leadership and team building. Strong knowledge of customer behavior and sale and marketing. Strong teamwork and friendly. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Passion for sales and willing to work hard and honesty. Good command of English or Chinese is an advantage. Computer literacy (Microsoft Office), internet and e-mail. Can work under pressure and willing to meet customers outside. High commitment and respond to achieve the target. Willing to Travel both Phnom Penh and province.
