Position: Sales Team Lead
Location: Windsor
Pay Rate: $19–$23/hour
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
One of our clients is looking for Sales Team Lead for their company that produces and supplies ecological alternatives to pesticides for consumable crop growers.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and coach the inside sales team
• Track sales goals and team performance
• Work with Field Specialists to align efforts
• Support small orders moving to e-commerce
• Train and motivate team members

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 to 2 years Sales leadership experience
• Knowledge of biological/IPM control in greenhouses
• Strong communication and team skills
• Experience with CRM tools
• Proven sales success

  Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
