Have you got experience working in internal sales, customer service or account management… working to sales targets and dealing with customers by phone, email, video, live chat, etc?
This role would suit someone who has been a Team Leader, Supervisor or the senior person within a small team, where you are motivating and monitoring those around you to hit target.
Working for an incredible eco-friendly brand, you will ideally have experience working within similar big brands, either within lifestyle, homewares, food, fashion, or maybe another product in the eco/sustainability space?
Location: Shoreditch, London (near the canal) and Hybrid working with 3 office days and 2 days working from home.
Salary: £35,000 basic with 10% annual bonus

The role needs someone who has a track record of hitting sales/call targets, and inspiring others to do the same - you will be dealing with high-value orders and customers spending significant values.
Proficient in dealing with customers by phone, email, live chat, video calls, etc. and using CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) to record and analyse customer data.
