QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience: 3+ years in sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication (English & Hindi), and problem-solving abilities.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with immigration and business setup services is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Conduct training sessions to ensure the team is up-to-date on industry trends and sales techniques.

• Monitor team performance, report results, and implement strategies for growth.
