JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Team Leader to guide and manage our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, proven sales expertise, and the ability to drive team performance while ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, with at least 1 year in a team leader or supervisory role.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong ability to motivate, guide, and manage a high-performing team.
  • Sales Expertise: In-depth knowledge of sales processes, negotiation strategies, and customer engagement.
  • Communication & Problem Solving: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and close deals effectively.
  • Languages: Fluency in English And Hindi (Arabic would be an added advantage).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and support a team of sales executives to maximize individual and team performance.
  • Daily Sales Operations: Oversee daily sales activities, ensuring efficiency, timely follow-ups, and achievement of sales targets.
  • Achieving Sales Goals: Drive the team to consistently meet and exceed individual and collective sales targets.
  • Client Relations & Negotiations: Handle escalated client interactions, build strong customer relationships, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Training & Coaching: Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to develop team members’ product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, monitor sales pipelines, and provide feedback and improvement plans for underperforming staff.
  • Strategic Process Improvement: Implement new strategies to enhance sales performance, customer satisfaction, and overall revenue growth.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and management to align sales strategies with business goals.
