Position: Sales Team Leader / Sales Manager
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum plus bonus (Realistic OTE £60-65k)
Location: Cardiff, with a flexible “work your way” hybrid policy (3 days in-office)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
Contract: Permanent

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As a Sales Team Leader, you’ll lead a team of Business Development Executives to not only meet but exceed monthly sales targets. You’ll master the company’s product suite and develop a strong understanding of the markets it serves.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Team Development: Mentor and manage your team with effective coaching, performance reviews, and skill development.
  • Revenue Accountability: Drive new business revenue, working with marketing to enhance lead generation and utilizing proven sales methodologies to meet KPIs and budget goals.
  • Performance Analysis: Use Microsoft Dynamics to assess performance data, identify trends, improve forecasting, and optimize team output.
  • Continuous Improvement: Introduce initiatives to improve conversion rates, maximize efficiency, and drive value.
