Job Summary As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the team, driving sales performance, and ensuring the team consistently works towards its targets.

• Monitor team performance, KPIs, and sales activity
• Provide regular coaching, training, and performance feedback
• Support team members in developing effective sales strategies
• Assist with negotiations and complex client transactions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of new team members
• Ensure professional standards and company procedures are consistently followed

• Previous experience in a team leadership or supervisory role

• Excellent knowledge of the Abu Dhabi/UAE real estate market is an advantage
