Job Description
Fintrek Marketing is seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader – Personal Loan to manage and drive our sales team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in personal loan sales, leadership skills, and the ability to guide a team towards achieving business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of Sales Executives in personal loan sales.
• Set clear targets and ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds monthly sales goals.
• Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to enhance productivity and performance.
• Monitor sales activities, pipeline management, and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Build and maintain strong customer and business relationships.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in personal loan sales and leadership.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the financial services sector.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Go-getter attitude, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
• Ability to manage and inspire a diverse sales team.
