We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to drive revenue growth and business expansion within our outdoor sales operations. This role offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team of sales representatives, implement strategic sales initiatives, and make a direct impact on our market presence across KSA. As a Sales Team Leader, you will: Lead and motivate a team of outdoor sales representatives to exceed revenue targets and achieve exceptional results Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to market demands and business objectives Conduct daily field visits with team members, providing hands-on coaching and addressing challenges in real-time Mentor new sales talent and provide ongoing professional development for current team members Prepare comprehensive reports including monthly and weekly forecasts, daily work plans, and pipeline analysis Monitor sales targets and track daily achievements to ensure consistent performance Consolidate market intelligence and present actionable insights to upper management Coordinate with technical support, operations, and administrative teams to resolve pending requests and ensure seamless customer service Facilitate effective communication between team members and cross-functional departments Experience: Minimum 7 years of proven sales experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities Technical Skills: Strong command of sales techniques and negotiation strategies Excellent customer relationship management abilities Language Requirements: Proficient English communication skills (written and verbal) Core Competencies: Quality-oriented with exceptional attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities Ability to build diverse networks and influence stakeholders Strategic thinking with a proven track record of driving transformation
