Position Title Sales Team Leader (Retention) Reports To Sales Director Job code - Position Summary The Sales Team Leaders is responsible for driving revenue through strong customer retention and account growth within their territory/segment. This role leads a high-performing team focused on deepening client relationships, understanding partner needs, and proactively identifying upsell and renewal opportunities to maximize long-term value and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Create and execute a sales strategy to grow your business Exceeding Retention Targets through true Team Leadership. Hire, Develop and coach your team to adopt a consultative mindset and approach in managing customers. Forecast Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly revenue expectations with high predictability. Collaborate & communicate with various internal & external stakeholders. Serve as the escalation point of contact for all customer account management matters and help resolve in a timely manner. Handle On Ground clients visits for supporting & coaching your team while getting the real voice of customers. The Person Desired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or science major Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS/Subscription /sales and account management Min 3 years B2B sales management experience managing a team of at least 5 people towards exceeding targets. High level of Experience in: Leadership, Communication, Public Speaking, Sales forecasting, Problem Solving, Analytical data-driven decision making. A good understanding of the real estate industry is desirable. Proven track record of building a new business function and strategic ability to scale. Adept in talking to key internal and external decision makers. Highly computer literate – adept at Excel and Powerpoint with solid experience in using CRM tools (SalesForce experience is a plus). Other Capabilities Proven ability to navigate complex decision-making processes within client organizations. Ability to adapt quickly to evolving business strategies and industry dynamics.
