About the position: We are looking for a Sales Team Lead to guide and support a top-performing sales team at a leading company specializing in advanced AI solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the sales team to meet and surpass sales goals, ensuring effective daily operations. Provide continuous operational support and advice to help team members achieve performance targets. Work closely with program leaders to exchange best practices and address challenges. Maintain clear, consistent communication to uphold performance standards and team coordination. Analyze team workflows to find improvement opportunities and implement practical solutions. Utilize data and reporting tools to detect trends, gaps, and best practices, sharing findings through weekly reports and formal reviews. Promote ongoing enhancement of team and program results. Carry out other related tasks as needed. Qualifications: Experience leading or coaching sales teams in a sales-driven environment. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the capability to communicate across all organizational levels. Strong relationship-building skills, conflict management, and a leadership-by-example approach. Proficient with Salesforce CRM and either Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. Track record of helping underperformers achieve their targets. Skilled at analyzing data and reports to pinpoint areas for improvement. Flexible and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
