We're hiring a Sales Team Leader Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the sales team to achieve weekly, monthly, and annual targets Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans Generate leads and build strong client relationships Monitor team performance and provide coaching and guidance Analyze market trends and competitor activities Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos Handle objections professionally and close high-value deals Prepare accurate reports, proposals, and sales forecasts Ensure exceptional client experience and identify new business opportunities Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Team Leader (Real Estate preferred) Background in Real Estate or Banking is a must Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Fluent in English (spoken & written) Must own a car Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities High level of professionalism and integrity Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent organizational and planning skills Proficient in MS Office Benefits Social Insurance Medical Insurance Working Conditions Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Weekends: Friday & Saturday Work Location Sheraton – Masr El Gededa, Cairo
